Biografie:

Pia K. Pohlmann-Delbridge is the Manager Business Development at Cisco AppDynamics for Central Europe since end of 2019. In her role Pia inspires the AppDynamics Sales Team for success and growth.

Pia joined Cisco in 2011 through the worldwide trainee program (CSAP). Following the traineeship, she worked as Account Manager for Small Business, Mid-Market and Enterprise Customers in Frankfurt and Stuttgart.
Until end of 2019 she worked as Regional Sales Manager. In that role, she leads 41 international Accounts (main verticals: Manufacturing & Retail) from the Global Account Program (GAP) with a yearly revenue of USD 100+ Million in 123 EMEAR countries by managing more than 200 local Account Managers.
Pia set the vision for GAP, she connected internal and external stakeholders to a community and simplified internal processes by automating and structuring. This lead to a very positive impact on financial performance, regular overachievement and consistent growth.
Prior to Cisco she founded and lead her own Marketing, Sales & HR Consulting business (PiKaPo.De), where she realized several projects in IT, Fashion, Design a.o.

Pia has a strong customer focus, generates demand by understanding customers` needs and processes and serves as a strategic advisor.
As she is skilled at networking and building professional relationships leading to trust and credibility, people turn to her for guidance and advise. She is mentoring Cisco and non-Cisco employees.
Pia loves the mindset to succeed through others versus herself, which allows her to have a positive impact greater than she alone could ever have.

During University Pia received a scholarship for distinguished students in STEM - Careerbuilding Program of Femtec.GmbH and its partners.
Since 2008 Pia is an active member of Femtec.Alumnae e.V. (short: FTA), where is currently on the Board.
In 2013 she founded the German Chapter of Cisco`s Employee Resource Organization (ERO) Women of Cisco with almost 200 internal members and a huge external community.

Her academic background is in Engineering. Pia holds a Master of Business Administration/ Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies (Dipl. Wirtsch.-Ing.) from the TU Darmstadt. She lives with her husband, daughter (*2013) and son (*2016) in Frankfurt am Main (Germany).
