More than 25 years Petra-Stefanie Madlé worked for an international company in leading positions. Abroad and in her home country she has gained numerous experiences in the fields of Business Management, Strategy and Organizational Development, Change and Crises Management. In addition she held lectures at different university institutes in various countries.

She is business consultant and CEO in Capitulum OG consulting | training | coaching. Additionally she is lecturer at "Fachhochschule Wien der WKW".

As an expert and systemic coach for personal development and resilience management she focuses on the development and empowerment of competences needed to face upcoming changes with proper attitude.
