Bio:

Lioba Jarju (she/her) is a certified diversity trainer (Eine Welt der Vielfalt) and systemic coach (University of Cologne) as well as co-founder of Black Female Business and THE NOC-The Network of Competence.

She holds a master's degree in social sciences and has gained practical experience in recruiting, event management and as a management assistant. She combines her wide-ranging insights into various industries, work structures and areas of responsibility with her strength in designing and conducting interactive workshops for groups and thus empowering individuals to take active and competent action.
