Lea Sophie Kabitzsch

Lea Sophie Kabitzsch embodies passionate commitment to education, social justice, and intercultural exchange. My journey began with a dual Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at HWKT in Berlin, specializing in Public Relations, Communication, and Marketing, which I completed in 2019. During my studies, I worked as a Project Manager at the communication agency fiveandfriends, gaining valuable insights into the professional world.

Following graduation, I dedicated myself to founding and leading two non-profit organizations: UNDER Lea's TRUST in Germany and UNDER Lea's INTERNATIONAL in Kenya. Our focus is to provide disadvantaged children in Kenyan slums with access to education and life improvements.

With a team of 13 dedicated women in Germany and 10 staff members in Kenya, I lead these organizations, developing innovative fundraising strategies to achieve our goals. I am particularly passionate about empowering girls and young women, providing them with opportunities to realize their full potential.

I am eager to share my experiences and passion for social causes as a platform speaker. My talks cover topics such as education, social justice, intercultural exchange, and women's empowerment. Through my inspiring personality and practical knowledge, I aim to motivate people to actively contribute to a better world and drive positive change.
