I don't want to talk for nonprofit.
With AI we can be fast and incredibly speedy individually but in order to move organizations & teams forward co-creation is essential.
To increase: alignment, shared meaning, reduced complexity, joint goals, trust and to feel like you're working together with purpose.
Facilitating joint productivity is crucial and Design/Product frameworks and ways of working can add tremendous business value here.
I don't have one particular topic - the overall theme is:
Working together, across disciplines to solve the most complex and pressing problems well. Curiosity, empathy and user-focus (ie. a product mindset) are what I see as the most impactful tools to solving the right problems and not just solving the problem right.
