Bio:

My name is Anastasia Leutloff (née Dmitrieva), and I am a passionate leader in the technology and engineering industry with a strong background in project management, R&D, and business strategy. Currently, I work as a Project Manager for R&D and Sales at TRUMPF Hüttinger GmbH + Co. KG, where I coordinate complex technical projects and drive innovation.

Originally from Kyrgyzstan, I moved to Germany at the age of 18, navigating the challenges of adapting to a new culture while building my academic and professional career. I hold a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering (TU Chemnitz) and an MBA from Mannheim Business School. Over the years, I have worked in process optimization, change management, and leadership roles, leading teams and driving strategic initiatives.

I strongly believe in empowering women in tech. Throughout my journey, I have faced challenges as a woman in a male-dominated industry, and I want to share my insights, strategies, and lessons learned to help others grow and succeed.
