After several years in banking compliance, I combined my expertise in law, digital transformation, and AI to help people who feel overwhelmed by the speed of innovation - not just understand it, but actually use it.

In diesem praxisnahen Vortrag/Workshop beleuchte ich, wie Künstliche Intelligenz den AFC-Bereich (Anti-Financial Crime) verändert und was das konkret für Compliance-Teams bedeutet.
Wir starten mit Mythbusting: Was KI wirklich kann und was nicht. Denn bevor wir Tools einsetzen, brauchen wir ein realistisches Bild der Technologie.
Der Fokus liegt auf KI-Kompetenz: Warum solides Grundlagenwissen wichtiger ist als das nächste Tool und wie man sich in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld orientiert.
Wir werfen einen ehrlichen Blick auf den Status Quo von KI im AFC-Bereich, betrachten die drei Ebenen der Technologie und diskutieren Chancen & Risiken – von Bias über Halluzinationen bis hin zu Deepfakes.
Ein besonderes Augenmerk liegt auf der Regulatorik: Der EU AI Act und Kompetenzpflichten werden kompakt und verständlich aufbereitet – ohne Juristendeutsch.
Am Ende steht eine klare Botschaft: Mensch + Maschine gewinnt. Nicht wer die meisten Tools hat, sondern wer sie strategisch und verantwortungsvoll einsetzt.

Als Teil des Speaker:innen-Teams des AI Training Institute habe ich die offizielle EU AI Act Schulung mitgestaltet. In sechs kompakten Modulen vermittelten wir praxisnah, wie Unternehmen KI rechtssicher einsetzen, Risiken minimieren und die Anforderungen des EU AI Acts erfüllen. Die Inhalte reichten von Haftung und Datenschutz über IT-Sicherheit bis zu Ethik und Bias – mit dem Ziel, Unternehmen auf die kommenden gesetzlichen Pflichten vorzubereiten.

Im Workshop lernst du, wie du Schritt für Schritt einen eigenen AI-Agenten in n8n aufbaust. Du erfährst, wie dieser Agent eingehende Chatnachrichten empfangen und mit OpenAI beantworten kann. Außerdem zeige ich dir, wie du dabei gewonnene Leads automatisch in Google Sheets speicherst und schließlich, wie du den fertigen Chatbot in eine Website einbindest.
Am Ende des Workshops hast du einen voll funktionsfähigen Web-Chatbot mit AI-Integration erstellt.

Keynote at Beach Meets 2025:
In this talk, I explored the intersection of AI ethics and decentralized finance, addressing how emerging technologies like AI and Bitcoin are reshaping economic systems. Starting with the concept of the Economic Singularity, I discussed the risks of infinite AI labour, centralized inefficiencies, and biased algorithms.
The session highlighted Bitcoin as a tool for financial sovereignty, not just speculation, and how AI + blockchain can enable greater financial inclusion. I also shared local initiatives from our AI education programs in Thailand, including free tech education for marginalized communities.
