I don't want to talk for nonprofit.
In my work, I bridge the gap between science and practice by providing insights and evidence-based solutions to individual and organizational challenges. I often talk about decisions, behavioral science (e.g., in finance), imposter syndrome, and generally the intersection of people and work.
I was educated at five universities in four countries. I completed my B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Work/Organizational Psychology in Germany, my PhD in Switzerland, and spent several months as a visiting researcher in Paris, Princeton and at NYU.
But I didn’t stay in the ivory tower. With my work experience as a team lead, consultant, trainer, and coach, I want to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
