Kerstin Kromminga

I am a trainer for more kindness, stress management, and bullying prevention for children and young people. I am also an author, especially for young people. Previously, I worked as a hospital clown and humor trainer for nurses. I absolutely love working with children and young people and have extensive experience in dealing with them. I take great pleasure in empowering them and accompanying them on their journey to becoming happier individuals.
"More kindness" is my absolute passion, because I am convinced that with a warm, friendly, benevolent, and tolerant approach, with more compassion and mutual respect, we can contribute to a better coexistence in our society.
I studied political science and journalism, worked as a radio journalist for many years, and write and speak as an author for the NDR section "Hörmal'n beten to". I am married and have two children.
