I believe that especially in uncertain times, we need leadership that provides orientation without promising simple answers. What can remain steady is the connection to ourselves and to others. This is where clarity, trust and the courage to stop repeating old patterns and take new paths can grow. For me, humanity and performance are not opposites. On the contrary: they need each other.

I am a trainer, coach and sparring partner for leaders and teams. After 20 years as a project manager in an international logistics company, I know how much pressure, change and complexity are part of everyday working life.

What particularly moves me in my work is the question of how leaders and teams can stay mentally healthy, capable of acting and humanly connected in an increasingly uncertain and crisis-driven world of work.

Today, I support people and organizations in strengthening clarity, trust and collaboration in exactly these situations. My core topics are psychological safety, mental health, or, as I like to call it, the mental immune system, and Positive Leadership.

My work is close to practice, empathetic and driven by a deep joy in development. It is important to me to create learning spaces where people can take an honest look at what is really going on, where self-leadership and reflection can grow, where exchange can emerge, and where leaders and teams take away concrete impulses for their everyday work.
