Dr. Marlize Andre is a physician and policy specialist in Berlin. As Policy Manager on the ONE Campaign's global policy team she works on development and health finance, contributing parliamentary advocacy and economic analysis on the Global Fund, Gavi, and the Global Polio Eradication Initiative. She trained as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Cape Town's public sector and holds an MA in Applied Ethics with a focus on bioethics. In 2023 she spoke as an invited speaker in a public hearing of the German Bundestag's Committee on Human Rights and Humanitarian Aid. She writes on global health at one.org.
