I have been a researcher in Intercultural Communication and Psychology, with a dissertation on developing individual change competencies in volatile, dynamic, and complex contexts. I have international Leadership Experience at a listed IT company of 5+ years leading a central holding team and strategically been responsible for 30 marketing teams worldwide.
