Bio:

Carmen Widera is a research assistant and lecturer in linguistics at Universität Konstanz. In her doctorate, she is working on the analysis of impersonal constructions in spoken French and Portuguese. She is an expert in empirical methods such as corpus analysis, and she conducts her own scientific studies and evaluates them statistically. The basis for this is her degree in French, mathematics and English.
