Bio:

Sustainable mobility is good for the climate, the city, social encounters and our bodies.

I am a transport scientist, business economist and tourism expert. After having worked as a consultant in tourism, in the public transport in rural areas and for energy service providers, I started working in sustainable mobility - mainly in active mobility / cycling - as a consultant and in project management in 2014. This was a logical consequence of my professional skills, interests and passion for the subject. I consult cities and companies in promoting cycling, in other words how to make them more bicycle-friendly. My main foci are public relations, concepts for bicycle traffic planning and networking of stakeholders. At the same time, I analyse how more people can be inspired for the bicycle, e.g. students through project weeks and women through cycling courses and accompanied cycling.

I am also working as a research assistant in the field of integrated transport planning at the Technical University of Berlin since 2017. There I work in the interdisciplinary research project MobilBericht - Mobility Reporting. An instrument for the sustainable and environmentally friendly design of urban mobility.
