I had the wonderful opportunity to be on a panel on social entrepreneurship with 3 entrepreneurs from Asia. It was a combination of presenting our businesses but also our journey until this point. The audience consisted of Master and Bachelor students from all over Asia who hold a scholarship by Bai Xian Asia Institute based in Hong Kong. BXAI encourages the next global leaders and changemakers and hosts an annual summer program in various cities in Asia.
After the presentation of the business and the journey, there was a panel discussion with the four entrepreneurs on "social entrepreneurship" and what it means to us. Lastly, each panelist could get together with the students who felt most attracted towards the panelists business and journey. It gave me the opportunity to exchange with young and bright minds, share my experiences and inspire.

Der MDR kam zu Besuch in das Social Impact Lab, Leipzig und ich konnte das Unternehmen KAL beschreiben und meine Einschätzung von Nachhaltigkeit in der Textilbranche teilen.

Ich wurde als Rednerin zu dem Women's Executive Evening von Mazars Dresden eingeladen um über we are KAL zu sprechen. Als Frau in einer Führungsposition konnte ich verschiedene Aspekte meiner alltäglichen Arbeit teilen, jedoch auch als Unternehmerin in dem Land Indien, in dem sich ein Großteil meiner Arbeit abspielt. Mit einbezogen habe ich mein Team vor Ort, vor allem die Frauen, die sich auch in einer Führungsposition bei KAL befinden, jedoch einen komplett anderen Hintergrund haben. Es war ein Vortrag über mich als Unternehmerin und meinen Weg sowie über das Team in Indien und wie auch diese "women and men executives" sind.
