Personal note:

Studies show that the majority of people in Germany feel exhausted. What does that mean? Is burnout inevitable for most of us? No!

If we are exhausted because our efforts have paid off and we also ensure that we get enough recovery, then exhaustion is not a health risk. Instead, we can feel joyfully exhausted and thus shape the future with courage.

My talks focus on:

- Creating a balance between effort and reward

- Ensuring sufficient recovery – recovery is much more than just taking a break

- Coordinating jobs with ourselves and each other

- Cultivating safety in organizations
