Klaudia Bachinger is a former journalist, filmmaker and recent entrepreneur. She has always been curious about Future of Work topics and the perception of age in society. Her social impact startup WisR - a job platform for young retirees - has the main goal to bring back experienced seniors into the labour market that suffers from skill mismatch and labour shortage due to an ageing population. The idea of using technology to promote social innovation drives her and her whole team of employees, mentors and investors to re-thinking age and work.
Prior to founding WisR Klaudia worked as a producer and dialect coach in the film industry. She holds a master’s degree in Romances Languages and a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Medias Science.
