Was mich ausmacht?
Neun Jahre Erfahrung in der politischen Bildung, internationale Projektarbeit, interkulturelle Sensibilität und ein gutes Gespür für strategische Prozesse. Ob kuratierte Konferenzen, Dialogformate oder partizipative Workshops – ich liebe es, Ideen Wirklichkeit werden zu lassen.

Bio:

Lisa Sebold is Co-Founder and Director of We Can Create Change (We3C), an international nonprofit organization advancing civic engagement, equitable education, and socially responsible innovation through transnational and interdisciplinary collaboration. With over nine years of experience in civic education, cultural transformation, and strategic development, she is recognized as an expert in translating grassroots insights into impactful, actionable frameworks.

Lisa is also Co-Founder of STUDIOunbequem, a Berlin-based initiative operating at the intersection of democratic participation, socio-economic justice, and cultural discourse. Her work focuses on designing and scaling participatory models that expand access to education, strengthen institutional accountability, and foster societal resilience—particularly among structurally marginalized communities.

She has led and advised programs in collaboration with leading foundations, civil society actors, and public institutions across Europe, North America, and the MENA region. Her areas of expertise include non-formal and informal learning, equity-driven strategy, and systemic transformation in educational and civic ecosystems.

Committed to public interest innovation and grounded in a transnational practice, Lisa advocates for evidence-informed policymaking and cross-sector collaboration to help build inclusive and future-ready societies.

She lives and works between Berlin and Cairo.
