Personal note:

My colleague Rebecca Zöller and I have been sharing a team lead position at the public broadcaster Bayerischer Rundfunk (ARD) since 2017. Not only with our book "Geteilte Arbeit, doppelt durchstarten" we are promoting job sharing. We also give workshops and lectures, both digitally and in person. According to the motto: 4 children, 2 women, 1 job.

Bio:

Journalist Lydia Leipert is a historian and graduate of the Berlin School of Journalism. After working for the public broadcasters ARD and ZDF in Berlin and London, she was head planner at the BR youth magazine on3-Südwild. She is currently (in Jobsharing) the teamlead of "Film digital" and responsible for the digital content of the department "Spiel Film Serie" of Bayerischer Rundfunk in Munich.
