In Germany, employees are legally protected. Sexual discrimination, harassment and violence are prohibited in the world of work and training, among other things by the General Equal Treatment Act. But what exactly is sexual harassement? What forms are there? What are the consequences and effects on those affected? Which options for action and interventions are conceivable in the work environment? What does successful prevention look like? Which corporate culture is required? What can executives contribute to an open approach to the topic? What do you need in your work context for a regulated and respectful cooperation?
