Bio:

I am 27 years old and from Zurich. I did my Bachelor in Translation and besides, worked in the communication department at FIFA. After that, I did my Master in Business Administration and besides, worked for Swissport at Zurich airport. I didn't want to settle for a job in an insurance or bank and therefore, decided to learn to program. I did it first in self study and later in a part-time internship. Besides, I have been doing a Master in Software Engineering, which I will finish in 2017. I now work as a Junior Software Developer at Simplificator. I also coach regularly at a free programming course for women (rubymonstas.com), because I think there are not enough women in programming and I would like to do something to change that. I firmly believe that everybody that is interested can learn to program, even if they don't have any prior experience.
