As a professor and expert in counselling, communication & diversity, I stand for future skills such as diversity & new perspectives, emotional intelligence, self-care, innovation & sustainable action!
Because the crises and challenges of the future can only be mastered through rethinking and new perspectives!
In addition, the promotion of differentiated thinking and speaking is close to my heart. The core of my work in teaching, workshops and lectures is to enable people to broaden their horizons and develop new perspectives and ideas! This includes critically questioning one's own and others' views, enduring plurality in opinion and lifestyle, and integrating diversity.
