Examples of previous talks / appearances:
In this talk, I was interviewed in person by Dani Dawks on the EXTRA Stage on the second day of the Clean & Tidy Home Show* at Excel in London. A Q&A with the audience was held after the talk.
In this talk, we discussed ADHD and neurodivergent masking, and how continuously suppressing or concealing who and how you are can lead to increased stress and mental health difficulties.
I shared several ADHD strategies, and how by creating an open and supportive environment at home it can promote overall well-being and facilitate effective management of ADHD symptoms.
The talk was recorded for social media and podcast purposes only, and not recorded in full on video.
