My bio:

In April 2018 I completed my master's degree in Intercultural European and American Studies at the Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg. Political, social and cultural topics of Anglophone, Francophone and Spanish-speaking cultural areas were the key aspects of my studies. Previously, I completed a bachelor's degree in European Administration at the University of Applied Sciences Harz.

Since 2014, I work as a volunteer for the Young European Federalists Germany e.V. (JEF) < i>. As a board member non-partisan and pro-European youth association, including two years as a Vice-president, I mainly looked after the organisation's media and public relations activities from 2014 to 2018 and organised educational seminars on EU politics for young people from Germany and the whole of Europe. The focal point of my work was the redesign of the association website on WordPress basis as well as the regular use of social media channels on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. As a press contact, I coordinated interview appointments, wrote press releases in cooperation with the Executive Board and managed the digital administration of our press work.

At the moment, I am the coordinator for communication for #EuropaMachen on behalf of the Europa-Union Deutschland (EUD), a campaign which informs about the 2019 European elections and calls to vote, young people in particular. I am well versed in policy marketing strategies, have campaigning experience - both conceptual and practical - and a great passion for targeting key social and political issues and positions. Due to my membership and work at the JEF and the EUD, I built up a broad network within the democratically structured civil society of Germany.
