Sophie Landmann

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and hold certificates as a holistic nutritionist and SIBO expert. Recently, I began further training to become a health coach.

My mission is to help the world to stop viewing mental and physical health as separate entities, but instead as an inseparable and intertwined connection. Whereby both are subject to natural fluctuations.

Through openness, simpl explanations, and practical tools, I help individuals, teams, and companies improve their overall health literacy and interactions with one another. I help people not only address their own issues but also better understand the system they are part of and interact with it more mindfully.

I was born and raised in Munich, where I completed my first degree in psychology. For my graduate and doctoral degree, I lived in the U.S. and the UK for several years before returning to Germany in 2020.

Before establishing my own practice, I worked in clinics, outpatient centers, schools, and companies; I served as a manager for an international employee assistance provider, where I led a team of psychologists.

In addition to my therapeutic practice, I am currently active as an international expert speaker at schools, universities, and companies.
